POSITION IS ON-SITE AT OUR CORPORATE OFFICE IN WESTMONT, ILLINOIS.

JOB PURPOSE: The ATE – Sr. Financial Analyst serves as a direct financial partner to ATE mobile, remote, and support departments. This role will be responsible for reviewing a variety of financial and operational data to link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives, and drive positive change.This role will also actively engage in the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes. This highly visible position plays a critical role in improving the overall business.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Provide day-to-day financial and operational reporting support to market leaders and support staff

  • Prepare, review and distribute financial reports, including sales, gross margin, and P&L reports

  • Assist in the creation and publication of KPIs that are timely and insightful to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed

  • Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization as needed

  • Assist in process implementation and tracking, lead/manage initiatives from a financial perspective

  • Review expenses and revenues vs. budget, forecast and analyze variances / fluctuations

  • Actively engage in the annual budget & forecast process

  • Review and analyze large volumes of data with the ability to produce findings that are easy to understand

  • Build and foster relationships throughout the organization, creating an environment of collaboration

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

  • 3 or more years of experience in reporting, consolidation and financial analysis required

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Microsoft Excel)

  • FP&A analytical skills preferred

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Ability to complete duties with limited direct supervision and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Financial systems experience preferred, Oracle, Essbase a plus

  • Ability to work with a team as well as on one’s own

  • Ability to transform raw data into clear and actionable finding
