Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

Reporting and Data Insight

• Objectively analyze assigned business problems with often-ambiguous initial direction by leveraging technical expertise and maintaining an investigative mindset

• Engage with relevant stakeholders, identify relevant data sources, consider business assumptions and constraints, and present data-driven recommendations

• Provide both routine and ad-hoc reporting and invoice-level data analysis to the Procurement and Parts Procurement teams

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data insights to support strategic decision-making processes

KPI and Scorecard Development

• Partner with Procurement and Enterprise Reporting management teams to design, develop, and deploy KPIs that best represent the financial performance of the Parts and Procurement department

• Partner with enterprise reporting team to develop various scorecard-style reports to identify areas for improvement and drive performance optimization

• Establish data partnerships with key representatives from strategic suppliers & procurement platforms to continually source and build out data sources in support of advanced business analytics.

Data Discrepancy Analysis

• Conduct thorough analysis to identify CCC ONE invoice and image level data entry compliance issues, ensuring complete transparency and billing accuracy with carriers and company financial reporting.

Data Integrity Monitoring and Communication

• Validate, communicate, and monitor Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) data with IT teammates, addressing any known data integrity issues promptly to maintain accurate and reliable data sources.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within procurement systems and processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, data analysis, or a related role.

• Prior experience with CCC ONE Parts System, Excel, SQL Studio, and Smartsheet is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in Excel, including nested formulas, pivot calculated fields, automated templates, macros, and Power Query

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Studio Data Warehouse

• Proficiency in Smartsheet, including automated workflows and surveys

• Strong analytical abilities and the capability to create business cases with little initial direction

• Comfort with pulling data from an EDW utilizing SQL queries

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Vendor management experience
