What is the Associate Service Advisor Program (ASAP)?

ASAP is a 7–9 month, hands-on training program designed to develop the next generation of Service Advisors. Through real-world experience, mentorship, and structured learning, you’ll gain the knowledge and confidence to grow your career in a high-demand industry.

Responsibilities

  • Write accurate, high-quality repair estimates aligned with company goals

  • Educate customers on repair timelines, insurance processes, and safety procedures

  • Guide customers through their repair experience with professionalism and care

  • Help Crash Champions maintain top-tier DRP relationships and performance metrics

  • Support total loss administration and customer communication

  • Engage in continuous learning with support from your mentor and team

  • Track your progress weekly and advance through program stages at a steady pace
