What is the Associate Service Advisor Program (ASAP)?
ASAP is a 7–9 month, hands-on training program designed to develop the next generation of Service Advisors. Through real-world experience, mentorship, and structured learning, you’ll gain the knowledge and confidence to grow your career in a high-demand industry.
Responsibilities
Write accurate, high-quality repair estimates aligned with company goals
Educate customers on repair timelines, insurance processes, and safety procedures
Guide customers through their repair experience with professionalism and care
Help Crash Champions maintain top-tier DRP relationships and performance metrics
Support total loss administration and customer communication
Engage in continuous learning with support from your mentor and team
Track your progress weekly and advance through program stages at a steady pace
Qualifications
Energetic, customer-focused individuals ready to start a career
Reliable and professional in both appearance and communication
Eager to learn, ask questions, and take initiative
Committed to completing the 7–9 month program
Willing to be flexible on location and available for future placement opportunities
