JOB PURPOSE:

The Centralized Estimatics Reviewer partners with on-site Repair Planners and Customer Experience Representatives to help support each RO they are responsible for. This role is specialized to specific insurance carriers and ensures quality reviews and estimates that meet our partners’ compliance standards.

This position requires technical expertise in collision repair estimatics, can clearly communicate detailed repair processes, and serves as a subject matter expert for assigned insurance carriers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Virtual Estimates & Supplement Audits: Review estimate accuracy by referencing claim facts of loss, photo documentation, and advisor reports for compliance.

  • Partner with Location: Communicate directly with Location Personnel to guide file accuracy prior to uploading to carriers. Answer questions when technical repair or carrier expertise is required .

  • Ensure Direct Repair Compliance: Understand DRP guidelines regarding all aspects of the repair and conduct carrier-specific audits

  • Review RO for Carrier Compliance and Quality Repair Opportunities: Review each estimate submission for carrier and corporate compliance.

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • Advanced Knowledge of collision repair process including high-level knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements for a variety of carriers

  • 3 or more years of prior experience working in the collision repair industry

  • Previous experience working in CCC ONE Total Repair Platform
