Body Technician

Body Technicians repair accident-related damage to vehicles, restoring them to pre-collision condition in accordance with industry standards and factory specifications.

Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring best-in-class customer service is delivered to all customers throughout the repair process.

Collision Estimator

A Collision Estimator is responsible for owning the full estimatics and repair process post-vehicle teardown and ensuring quality repairs are provided in a timely manner.

Body Tech Helper

Body Tech Helper will aid and assist a Body Technician and repair accident-related damage to vehicles, restoring them to pre-collision condition.

General Manager

A General Manager is responsible for leading the shop’s operations and ensuring it meets or exceeds goals for customer service, gross profit and operational efficiency.

Production Manager

The Production Manager is responsible for ensuring all shop processes run reliably and efficiently.

Parts Manager

The Parts Manager is responsible for ensuring that the repair procedure is conducted accurately and on time. Parts managers place orders for parts, receive them, process them, and keep track of them throughout the repair process.

Painter

At Crash Champions, you will be responsible for the refinish processes of all vehicles.

Detailer

You will prepare vehicles for the repair process.

Painter's Helper

You will perform vehicle prep work for the refinish and assembly process.

Mechanic

You will service and repair all automotive equipment, troubleshooting, analysis of vehicle failure, engine removal and install, as well as keeping vehicles and equipment at a high level of service.

Director of Operations

The Director of Operations is responsible for all operations functions, strategies, and continuous improvement for their designated area.

Customer Experience Associate

You will deliver professional, accurate, and efficient assistance to customers, insurance carriers, and vendors. You will also assist customers with general collision repair inquiries and scheduling vehicle repairs.
